Each of the items on our site is packaged to ensure that it arrives at your house in the best possible condition. Where possible we work with our suppliers to ensure that the packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable.
Each of our products includes free delivery to the mainland UK. The price that you see on our web site is the price you'll pay at checkout. There's no hidden extras or charges.
If you live outside of the mainland UK, please check with us before ordering so that we can let you know if there is an additional charge or expected delay to the stated delivery times.

Some items can be delivered in 24 hours whilst others can take up to 14 days. The reason for this is that some mattresses are held in stock whilst others are made to order.
What if I Need to Return My Item?
We only accept returns within seven days from delivery date and are still in their original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly / inflation has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.
You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at the charges that are listed in our Terms and Conditions. The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we can not be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.
If the box / packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing. This enables the replacement procedure to be more efficient.
